Can I order from the country that I reside in?

We ship seeds throughout Europe. Some countries outside of Europe are excluded. Please contact us via email if you are unsure, and we will confirm whether we can ship seeds to your country. Sanya Sativa Seeds reserves the right to refuse international shipments without providing a reason.

We cannot be held responsible for individuals acting in violation of their national laws, nor do we encourage such actions.

    How do I place an order?

    1. Browse and select the items you wish to purchase.
    2. Add items to your shopping cart using the “Add to Cart” button, selecting amounts as needed.
    3. Click “Check Out.”
    4. Follow the instructions on the payment page.

    How do I know if my order has been received and shipped?

    When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of the ordered items. If you have questions about your order, please quote your order number when contacting us.

    Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking reference.

      Can I modify an existing order?

      We process orders within one business day after payment is received. Once an order is in preparation, it cannot be modified.

      If you need to make changes, please contact our Support department as soon as possible. While we will try to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed.

        Can I reorder a previous order?

        Yes! Visit your “Order History” in “My Account” and click on the “Reorder” button next to the desired order.

        You can add more products, change the payment method, or proceed directly to checkout.

          How do I cancel my order?

          Cancellation depends on the status of your order:

          • Order pending payment: If payment has not been made, no action is needed to cancel the order.
          • Order paid and in preparation: Contact us immediately at support@sanya-sativa-seeds.com (form at contact page), providing your order number and details of the items to be canceled.
          • Order shipped: Cancellations are not possible. You will need to return the order to request a refund.

            We offer several payment options:

              Sanya Sativa Seeds will not appear on your credit card statement or bank transactions.

                What currency do you accept for payment?

                Payments made online with a credit card are processed in Euros (€). While prices may also be displayed in other currencies, please note that the final amount may vary due to your bank’s exchange rates and potential fees.

                  Can I pay with PayPal?

                  Currently, we do not accept payments via PayPal. PayPal’s policies prohibit the use of their service for the products we sell.

                  However, we are confident that our other payment options will meet your needs.

                    Can I pay by cheque?

                    We do not accept cheques of any kind.

                      Can I pay using money orders?

                      We do not accept money orders.

                        Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

                        Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option to pay upon delivery of your order.

                            When will I receive my order?

                            Orders typically take 3 to 15 working days to arrive after shipment.

                              Are postage costs included in the product prices?

                              No, postage is charged separately and depends on the order size and destination. For more details, visit our Shipping page.

                                Can I track my parcel?

                                Yes, tracking is available with registered shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take time, but orders are often delivered before the tracking information is fully updated.

                                  How discreet is your packaging?

                                  We use plain, padded envelopes with no external indication of contents or company name.

                                  The only visible information is the delivery address.

                                    When will you ship my order?

                                    Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.

                                    We ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

                                    Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday are usually shipped the following Monday.

                                      We ship to most countries worldwide, except the following:

                                        What are the shipping costs?

                                        Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination and the shipping method chosen.

                                          Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?

                                          No, we only ship to physical residential addresses.

                                          We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, public places, Packstations, relay points, cargo forwarding companies, or similar addresses.

                                            What if my parcel is inspected by customs?

                                            Customs inspections are always possible.

                                            While we ship to your country, we cannot provide information on the legal status of our products in your region.

                                            Customers are responsible for researching local laws before ordering. We are not liable for issues caused by customs seizures.

                                              Do I need to sign for delivery?

                                              For registered shipping, a signature is required. If no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a note with instructions for re-delivery or collection. If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you.

                                                  Are your products legal in my country?

                                                  We cannot confirm the legality of our products in every country. It is your responsibility to research local laws before placing an order. Sanya Sativa Seeds is not liable if your parcel is intercepted due to local regulations.

                                                    Are cannabis seeds legal to grow? If not, why do you sell them?

                                                    In Europe, it is legal to own, buy, and sell cannabis seeds. However, germinating and cultivating seeds is illegal in many countries. Our seeds are sold as souvenirs or for collection purposes in regions where germination is not permitted.

                                                      How do I germinate my seeds?

                                                      While we sell seeds as souvenirs, if germination is legal in your country, you can find germination instructions in our article: “Sprouting Cannabis Seeds.”

                                                        What should I do if my seeds don't germinate?

                                                        In regions where germination is legal, contact us within 90 days of purchase with the following details:

                                                        • Order number
                                                        • Number of seeds and strains that failed to germinate
                                                        • Germination method used
                                                        • Supporting photos

                                                        We will forward the information to the breeder, and the issue will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

                                                          How long can cannabis seeds be stored?

                                                          When stored properly in a refrigerator, seeds can last up to a decade. Seeds stored at room temperature may have a shorter lifespan.

                                                            How should I store cannabis seeds?

                                                            Seeds should be stored in a cool, dry place. Avoid fluctuations in temperature and humidity. Clearly label storage containers with the strain name and date.

                                                              Can I get a refund?

                                                              To request a refund, follow these steps:

                                                              1. Contact us at support@sanya-sativa-seeds.com (contact form) to inform us about your return.
                                                              2. Return the parcel and its contents to the address provided by our team.
                                                              3. Once we receive your returned parcel, we will process your refund.
                                                                • Note: Bank details may be required if refunds cannot be processed to the original payment method.
                                                                • Bitcoin and cash payments will only be refunded via bank transfer.

                                                              Processing refunds may take up to 14 days. Opened goods can also be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal, though compensation for loss in value may apply.

                                                                My order was incomplete. What should I do?
